Meet Su

When Su, who is originally from China, joined Goodwill working as a pricer at the warehouse, she only knew a few words of English. After enrolling in an English as a Second Language class provided as part of Goodwill’s commitment to ongoing employee learning and development, she quickly gained confidence and started to discover new opportunities to engage and advance at work.

When he first moved to San Francisco from Arkansas, Dexter was homeless and feeling overwhelmed. After connecting to a Goodwill Career Advisor at a job fair, new opportunities started to open up.
